Heidi Montag, has been hospitalized in Costa Rica with a stomach ulcer.
She has been appearing with new husband Spencer Pratt on the US version of I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here.
A source close to the show claims she’s been diagnosed with a gastric ulcer “It’s not too serious but she regrets returning to the show.”
